Ethical Commitment

PTU certified facilitators operate under a formally defined Code of Ethics governing safety responsibility, professional boundaries, informed consent, and integrity of influence.
 
Violations of this Code may result in suspension or revocation of certification.

PTU reserves the right to review conduct and enforce compliance at its discretion.

Charly Relaño leads institutional strategy, certification framework development, and oversight of professional standards within PTU.
With over three decades of experience in entrepreneurship, leadership development, and high-impact facilitation training, he has structured professional training systems integrating safety governance, ethical accountability, and technical evaluation frameworks.
 
His role ensures structural separation between training delivery and certification authority.

                                  Dean – School of Firewalking
 

Sonia Rupérez Lucas oversees academic supervision and training implementation under the PTU institutional framework.
Her responsibilities include protocol standardization, facilitator performance evaluation, and quality control within experiential training environments.
 
She ensures alignment between instructional delivery and PTU certification standards.
